These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and maju36 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://maju36.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the Platform, including registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, and any other activity conducted through the Platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any portion of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account.

maju36 is operated under an international gaming licence and is intended solely for entertainment purposes. The Platform is directed at adult players aged 21 years and above. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is strictly not permitted.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on maju36, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be held by an underage individual.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporations, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the Platform complies with all local, national, and regional laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of any employee of maju36 or any of its affiliated entities, licensors, or game providers.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or prohibited from gambling under any applicable regulatory scheme.

Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to promptly update your Account details should any information change. maju36 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate Account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat.

maju36 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or in response to suspicious activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

maju36 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency transfers including BTC and USDT. Available methods may change from time to time; please refer to the Cashier section of the Platform for the current list.

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM50. There is no maximum deposit limit, though transaction limits may be imposed by your selected payment provider. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of processing.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC verified prior to your first withdrawal.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any active Bonus must be fully satisfied before the corresponding funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.
• maju36 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal of significant value.

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives offered by maju36 are subject to specific terms that supplement this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless specified otherwise, all Bonus Funds carry a default wagering requirement of 15x (fifteen times) the bonus amount. For example, a RM100 bonus requires RM1,500 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is RM500. Bets exceeding this threshold while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute 10–20%. Live dealer games may contribute at varying rates. Specific contribution tables are available on request.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds must be wagered and requirements fulfilled within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without exception.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time. Bonuses cannot be stacked unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion.
• Maximum Cashout: Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum cashout cap as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default cap is RM1,000 or 10x the bonus value, whichever is lower.
• Bonus Abuse: maju36 operates sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, and coordinated bonus farming across multiple Accounts. Any detected abuse will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

All bets and game outcomes on maju36 are final once confirmed by the Platform. Results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for casino games, and by official match results or event outcomes for sports betting. maju36 relies on official data providers and reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel bets in the event of data feed errors, exceptional circumstances, or force majeure events.

For sports betting — including coverage of Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events — the following rules apply:

• Minimum and maximum bet sizes are determined per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to additional terms regarding bet acceptance, odds changes, and suspension of markets during key match events.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to be correct for a payout. If one or more legs are voided or cancelled, the parlay is recalculated with the remaining legs at maju36's discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the Company's records shall be deemed conclusive unless a clear and demonstrable system error can be verified.

For live casino and slot games, all bets are settled in real time. Disconnection from the Platform mid-game will be handled in accordance with each game provider's specific disconnection policy, which may result in the bet being voided or settled based on the game state at the time of disconnection.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Using false, misleading, or third-party personal or financial information during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game glitches, RNG vulnerabilities, or mathematical loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play across Accounts.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from maju36.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or criminal activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to transfer Account funds or winnings to a third party's account in circumvention of withdrawal rules.
• Abusing the bonus system through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or any other technique designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine recreational play intent.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the maju36 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, databases, and underlying technology — is the exclusive intellectual property of maju36 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from maju36.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, maju36, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical error, loss of data, or service interruption.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous uptime and accurate game data, maju36 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or force majeure events may temporarily affect Platform availability.

In any event, maju36's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

maju36 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your Account activity is suspected to be fraudulent, criminal, or in violation of applicable laws.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• You have requested self-exclusion or your Account has been flagged through our responsible gambling monitoring systems.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or directive from a competent authority.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to your nominated payment method following completion of all applicable checks. Bonus Funds and their associated winnings will be forfeited upon closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which maju36 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and maju36, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be referred to the appropriate regulatory or arbitration body as designated under our licence terms.

maju36 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after amended Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
